Carbon Fiber (CF) is an inorganic polymer fiber derived from organic parent fibers such as polyacrylonitrile (PAN). The pyrolysis method is employed to crack and carbonize these fibers under inert gas at temperatures exceeding 1000 degrees Celsius, forming a carbon backbone structure. CF boasts properties such as high stiffness, high tensile strength, low weight, high chemical resistance, high-temperature resistance, and low thermal expansion, rendering it highly sought after in fields such as aerospace, civil engineering, military, and motorsports.

1. Design and Modeling: 
The initial step in personalizing a product involves determining its specific needs and design. 3. Compression Molding Process: 
Compression molding is pivotal in manufacturing carbon fiber products. In personalized product manufacturing, the carbon fiber material is processed into the required shape and structure using the molding process, in accordance with the product design. This involves placing carbon fiber prepreg into a mold and subjecting it to high temperatures and pressures, allowing the resin to solidify and transform into the desired form of the carbon fiber part.

4. Post-Processing and Modification: 
Molded products may require post-processing and modification, such as grinding, painting, cutting, etc., to achieve the final design effect. These steps necessitate meticulous technical operations to ensure that the product's quality and appearance meet individual requirements.

5. Quality Inspection and Evaluation: Finally, quality inspection is conducted on the manufactured carbon fiber personalized products, encompassing strength testing, dimensional measurement, appearance inspection, etc., to ensure compliance with predetermined performance standards and personalized requirements.
