The corrosion resistance and wear resistance are better than 316L Strong, but there is not much difference between the two in strength and hardness. 904L is difficult to forge, so the cost is also greatly increased. The price is three times that of 316L stainless steel, and it has become the exclusive use of Rolex, and other brands have basically not used it.
